Reporting to the VP, Engineering and working closely with the engineering and design teams - the Project manager will be responsible for managing client projects and delivering mobile products.
Manage client/project intakes and team briefing on new projects. Analyze and gather requirements, translating business needs to functional requirements.
Proactively maintain and organize timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and manage client presentations and status calls with your team (to present the product roadmap or the product) in partnership with senior team members.
Develop detailed project plans and statements of work for each initiative.
Be a shining example of professionalism and commitment to the entire Digital/Mobile Lab Team.
Deliver proactive “product thought leadership” to key accounts.
Build/manage ongoing relationships with key account stakeholders both internally and externally.
Work with tight project deadlines and excel in communications to ensure alignment across all key project/account stakeholders.
Support the Business Development Team in developing key quotes, timelines, and statements of work on new opportunities.
Grow the relationship with the client and actively identify new opportunities for them to develop new products and expand existing one’s – generating new projects and products for the company.
Proven ability to deliver iOS, Android, Mobile Products with accompanying backend components.
Proven technical understanding and leadership within a technology-focused organization
Experience with agile development processes and regular product release cycles
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural tendency to seek out feedback and collaboration
A lifelong learner, full of energy, and a positive roll up your sleeves can do attitude
Experience working in a Mobile/Digital Development company environment.
Deep expertise in working with new and emerging mobile, digital and social media platforms
Expertise and/or knowledge of innovative applications of retail technology is a bonus
Ability to adhere to deadlines, complete projects independently and manage costs and budgets
Comfort working in highly collaborative and open office environment
